Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted gifts. All purchases are final once an order is placed.

We encourage you to double-check your size and colour selection before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.
